Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during launches, restocks, holidays, or when order details need confirmation.

Delivery and tracking

A tracking number will be provided when available. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier handover, customs checks, local courier performance, and seasonal delays.

Complimentary delivery may be offered for orders over MYR 300 when shown on the website.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. If a package is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address or unreachable recipient, additional fees may apply.

Customs, duties, and import rules

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs checks, or local delivery requirements unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise.

Customs processing can delay delivery. miroacc cannot guarantee customs release dates.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us at jimmylyu1995@gmail.com. We will help check with the carrier, but final investigation timelines depend on the logistics provider.
