Return window

Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings, pierced accessories, and opened personal-wear items are final sale unless defective or incorrect. Gift cards, personalized items, and clearance items may also be final sale unless required by law.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. We will review and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

How to start a return

• Email jimmylyu1995@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
• Pack the item securely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue was caused by miroacc.
